Bill Cross
FOUNDER
Bill started Crosswinds in the Outer Banks of North Carolina in 1990 after working for different companies for eight years. He did construction, installs and service for seven years there before moving to Chesapeake in 1997. He had HVAC and AC accounts with grocery stores, bread factories, commercial accounts and residential refrigeration work. He handled gas piping and servicing, all of it . “We have a great group of guys working towards one goal, that is to take care of our customers.” -Bill

Corey enjoys his time working on any type of project. From your home to his own, there’s always something that can be done. If not in the garage working on his four wheeler or cars, you can find Corey spending time with his family. He’s been working with Crosswinds Heating & Cooling since 2008 and looks forward to carrying on the Crosswinds name.

Ryan Johnson
JOB TITLE
Ryan Johnson likes spending time with family, camping and other outdoor activities. He enjoys riding his four wheeler and going to the ATV park. When he’s not working for our customers. he likes working on things around the house and he loves his dog, Harley. He’s been doing HVAC since 2009 and has 672 hours of refrigeration licenses. He loves being peoples saving grace.
